Stephenson Group was asked by leading industry trade organization NACHA, and it’s not-for-profit entity, PayItGreen, to create consumer and trade awareness of the cost, time, and environmental benefits of electronic bill presentment and payment.
Tactics:
Stephenson Group initiated a focused and sustained media outreach program of marketplace education and awareness, seeking to inform the media of the advantages of paperless bill/pay by providing relevant and timely information and securing interviews and contributed articles by NACHA spokespersons to position key executives as industry experts.
Results:
Within the first ten months of working with Stephenson Group, NACHA/PayItGreen became a regular feature in a variety of consumer and trade media outlets. Stephenson Group has continued working with NACHA/PayItGreen to maintain the nonprofit’s high media profile, with coverage in outlets including:
